- Intimate covered ceremony space
- dinner seating for up to 32 guests
- Additional open-air seating for up to 80 guests
🎪 20' x 40' Event Tent
- Ideal for receptions of up to 60 guests
- Grass or gravel surface
🌸 40' x 80' Event Tent
- Spacious and elegant with artificial grass flooring
- Side walls available on request
- Dinner seating for up to 200 guests
Included Amenities
- Access to Grain Bin Gazebo, 20' x 40' tent, and 40' x 80' tent with tables and padded chairs
- Access to flower u-pick garden and surrounding fields for photos and enjoyment
- Lighting in all event areas
- Luxury 7 stall restroom trailer
- Water and electricity access
- Space for food trucks (vendor must provide insurance listing Knobstone Flower Farm)
- Free self-parking for up to 125 guests (additional $300 for over 125)
- On-site coordination visit available
Optional Add-On Rentals
- PA speaker system with microphone: $100/event
- Dance floor: $500/event
- Stage pieces: $40 each (10 available)
- 6-foot or 8-foot banquet tables: $25 each
- Table clothes, floor length, white: $10 each
- Floral bouquet arrangements available at market price (pre-ordered or on-site)
Alcohol & Catering Policy
- Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer
- Knobstone Flower Farm must be listed on vendor insurance
- Alcohol service must end one hour before event ends
- All food preparation must be done outside of tents (no open flames under tents)
Policies & Booking
- Venue access 9:00 AM, events must conclude by 10:30 PM EST
- In case of inclement weather, tents must be evacuated if winds exceed 30 mph
- Flower field access not permitted during lightning storms
- 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking
- Remaining balance due thirty (30) days prior to event
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, Venmo, debit/credit cards
