24' Grain Bin Gazebo
- 60-inch round tables & padded chairs, dinner seating for up to 32 guests inside the gazebo
- $100 per hour (3-hour minimum)
- Additional open-air seating for up to 80 guests in the gazebo viewing area: $50 per hour

20' x 40' Event Tent
- Dinner seating for up to 64 guests (60-inch round tables and padded chairs)
- Grass or gravel surface under the tent
- $150 per hour (3-hour minimum)
- Add use of the Grain Bin Gazebo: $50 per hour additional

40' x 80' Event Tent
- Dinner seating for up to 200 guests (60-inch round tables and padded chairs)
- Artificial grass surface
- $350 per hour (3-hour minimum)

Additional Amenities & Considerations
- Flower u-pick garden and flower field access included in rental
- On-site bouquet creation available at market rates (pre-pay or pay during event)
- Venue includes lighting, water, and electric access
- luxury 7 stall restroom trailer available for guest use
- Space for food trucks (vendor must provide insurance listing Knobstone Flower Farm)
- No open flame or cooking under tents; all catering must occur outside tents
- Free parking for up to 125 guests; over 125 guests requires $300 parking service
- Events must end by 10:00 PM EST
- Weather Policy: No access to tents if wind exceeds 30 mph; no field access during lightning

Rental Add-Ons
- PA speaker system with microphone: $100/event
- Stage pieces (10 available): $40 each
- Dance floor: $500/event
- 8-foot or 6-foot banquet tables: $25 each
- Table clothes, floor length, white: $10 each
- Floral bouquet arrangements available at market price (pre-ordered or on-site)

Alcohol Policy
- A licensed caterer must serve alcohol
- Caterer must list Knobstone Flower Farm on insurance
- Alcohol service must stop one hour before event ends

Booking & Payment
- 50% non-refundable deposit required at booking
- Remaining 50% due 7 days before event
- Accepted payments: Cash, Venmo, debit/credit cards
