Alcohol & Catering Policy - Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer - Knobstone Flower Farm must be listed on vendor insurance - Alcohol service must end one hour before event ends - All food preparation must be done outside of tents (no open flames under tents)
Policies & Booking - Venue access 9:00 AM, events must conclude by 10:00 PM EST - In case of inclement weather, tents must be evacuated if winds exceed 30 mph - Flower field access not permitted during lightning storms - 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking - Remaining balance due thirty (30) days prior to event - Payment methods accepted: Cash, Venmo, debit/credit cards

24' Grain Bin Gazebo - 60-inch round tables & padded chairs, dinner seating for up to 32 guests inside the gazebo - $100 per hour (3-hour minimum) - Additional open-air seating for up to 80 guests in the gazebo viewing area: $50 per hour
20' x 40' Event Tent - Dinner seating for up to 60 guests (60-inch round tables and padded chairs) - Grass or gravel surface under the tent - $150 per hour (3-hour minimum) - Add use of the Grain Bin Gazebo: $50 per hour additional
40' x 80' Event Tent - Dinner seating for up to 200 guests (60-inch round tables and padded chairs) - Artificial grass surface - $200 per hour (3-hour minimum)
